Emma O'Rourke-Powell teaches Negotiations in Organizations as well as Articulation and Critical Thinking. A proud alumna of the full-time MBA program, O'Rourke-Powell is delighted to stay involved with the GSM community through teaching in the evening. She works for Johns Hopkins University, as the Associate Director for Hire Hopkins. O'Rourke-Powell proudly serves as a Utilities Commissioner for the City of Davis. You can often find her biking through Davis, emphatically gesturing at automobiles.
