Jay Olenowski previously served as a faculty member for the Statistics Department at California Polytechnic State University for 5 years teaching statistics and data analytics. Olenowski currently works full-time as a data scientist for the online therapy company Betterhelp, where he performs optimization methods and predictive analytics involving machine learning and A/B testing. Professional interests include machine learning, health and nutrition analytics, and programming. Personal interests consist of golf, soccer, poker, traveling, piano, and most of all spending time with his dog Cooper.
