With extensive experience in marketing science and a deep expertise in both strategy and analytical methods, Josue stands out as a seasoned Marketing Science Executive. Holding a pivotal role at Wells Fargo as SVP and Head of Marketing Measurement from December 2016 to June 2023, Josue led performance measurement for the bank’s centralized marketing organization. 

Prior to Wells Fargo, Josue served as EVP of Global Analytics at Universal McCann - Interpublic Group, where he spearheaded the reconfiguration and integration of analytics for global clients. There, Josue innovated compensation models, enriching client relationships and fostering a data-centric approach to media planning.

At Hall & Partners - Omnicom, Josue's insights as Research Director in Marketing Analytics contributed to reshaping primary research analytics, influencing Fortune 50 brands with their product and marketing strategies.

Before these leadership roles, Josue built a solid foundation in analytics and insights at IRI Worldwide (Circana), contributing to business and consumer insights through a variety of positions, culminating as Vice President, in support of leading CPG manufacturers.

In the academic arena, Josue continues to shape future analytics professionals as the Director of Business Analytics Projects at the University of California, Davis, and as a part-time lecturer at Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley.

Josue holds a Ph.D. in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Rhode Island, an M.S. in Marine Biology and Fisheries from the University of Miami, and a B.S. in Biology from the Universidad De Granada.

A published author in academic journals, Josue's research contributes to marketing analytics, exemplifying his commitment to advancing the field. His work reflects a unique blend of scholarly insight and industry acumen, positioning Josue as a transformative leader in the intersection of marketing and data science.
