Leticia V. Garay
Associate Director of Admissions for GSM MBA Programs
Leticia V. Garay (she/her/ella) joined the UC Davis Graduate School of Management as associate director of admissions for GSM MBA programs in 2024. She works alongside candidates through the admissions process, implementing recruiting programs, processing applications and ensuring prospective students have a quality experience.
Originally from Antioch, California, Garay moved to the greater Sacramento area to start her undergraduate career at UC Davis. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and minor in human development. She has worked in university admissions and project management for nine years since beginning her career at her alma mater.
In 2021, she joined the UC Davis Graduate School of Management community as a part-time student in the Sacramento program. She held leadership roles within the Student Association, Sacramento’s Metro EDGE and Aggie Ambassadors, as well as participated in the Collaborative Leadership Program and studied abroad before graduating in 2024 with an emphasis in strategy and marketing.
In her free time, she manages her mental health blog, “Leticia Living in Color,” takes sunset walks, and travels.
