The Project and Instructional Resources (PIRO) team supports the Graduate School of Management by leading instructional operations, facilities management at the Sacramento and San Ramon campuses, safety operations, and strategic projects across multiple campus locations. We collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure courses and programs run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service, maintaining learning environments, and advancing initiatives that enhance the overall educational experience.
Your Campus Guide
Our campus guides provide students, faculty, staff, and visitors with a convenient resource for essential campus information, including parking, building access, classroom locations, transportation, dining, and other key amenities.
Instructor Update Meeting (Quarterly)
Our team hosts a quarterly Instructor Update meeting to keep instructors informed of important academic policies, procedures, and operational updates. These meetings provide timely information and resources to support effective instruction and ensure consistency across programs. You will get a calendar invite for the meeting. Location for in-person meeting TBD.

Course Material Request (Quarterly)
Our team coordinates the quarterly collection of course materials from instructors to ensure all instructional resources are prepared before the start of each academic term. This process helps support a smooth course launch and ensures students and instructors have timely access to the materials they need.
- Submit your course materials (two months prior to the quarter you are teaching) to gsm-instructional@ucdavis.edu.
Safety@GSM
Our team oversees Safety@GSM across teaching locations. We promote a safe and healthy learning and work environment, including administration of the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), safety training, regulatory compliance, and campus safety coordination. Our team works collaboratively with campus partners to support the safety and well-being of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Student Disability Accommodations
Our team partners with faculty and instructors to support the implementation of student disability accommodations. We provide guidance on accommodation processes, instructional resources, and classroom practices to help ensure approved accommodations are implemented effectively while maintaining the integrity of course learning objectives. Our team serves as a resource to help instructors navigate questions, connect with campus partners, and foster an accessible and inclusive learning environment for all students. Equitable Access
The UC Davis Graduate School of Management offers the Equitable Access program via campus by providing students access to all textbooks and textpaks by the first day of class for $199/per quarter (excludes MSBA program).

Lecturer Hoteling Office
Our team coordinates and manages quarterly reservations for lecturer hoteling office space. We ensure office space is assigned and available to support lecturers during each academic quarter. We can only provide space during the quarter you are teaching. Please include days and times you will need space.

Course Evaluations
Our team coordinates the quarterly course evaluation process to support continuous improvement in teaching and learning. We manage the planning, scheduling, and administration of evaluations, work with faculty to ensure courses are prepared for distribution, and help facilitate the timely collection and reporting of student feedback.

Our team can assist with resetting your UC Davis Kerberos passphrase, helping you quickly regain access to university systems and resources. We provide guidance throughout the reset process to ensure you can securely access your UC Davis accounts with minimal disruption.
