The unique selling point of the UC Davis MBA is its close-knit community. Though the cohort size is small, at the Graduate School of Management, the alumni connections are impeccable. Everybody strives to give back to the community and the energy is infectious. This sense of community has been bolstered during my time at the GSM. 

Further, UC Davis attracts some of the best talent and ensures great diversity in the cohort. It is wonderful to work with people from different walks of life, imbibing diverse perspectives and succeeding together. 

Finally, the essence of a college town is something I have never experienced before and is a refreshing change. Davis is about an hour and half away from metros like San Francisco, as well as some of the most beautiful locations such as Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe. There is no dearth of places to explore for every mood.
