Antoine Broustra joined the Graduate School of Management’s Career Development team as Senior Director in October 2018, after close to four years of working as Deputy Director, Employer Partnerships at the Yale School of Management in Connecticut. Antoine brings a focus on building and nurturing corporate relations, developing career opportunities for current and past graduate students, and career advising.

Elizabeth Moon joined the Graduate School of Management’s Career Development team in January 2014, bringing a focus on career counseling and an expertise in working with international students. She provides all students with career assistance in the areas of resumes, cover letters, interviewing, job/internship search strategies, negotiations, networking and business etiquette.

Carin Hotaling
Career Services Operations Manager.
As the Career Services Operations Manager. for the Graduate School of Management, Carin manages operations for the career center and coordinates and provides high-level support for students and recruiter programs. Carin serves as the front-line contact for current students, employers and alumni. She manages logistics for events such as career fairs, workshops, guest speakers and interviews. She also provides analytical support and statistical research for the Office of Student Affairs and administrative support to the Senior Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.

Angel holds a Master of Science degree in Career Counseling, having graduated with a 4.0 from a CACREP accredited program (an independent agency recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation to accredit master’s degree and doctoral programs). She has been published by WalletHub.com, and has authored a Career Counseling Theory taking into account her full theoretical approach to counseling (Humanistic mix of Existential, Person Centered, Gestalt, and Behaviorism schools of thought).

Jennifer Tucker is a career development specialist with over 20 years of experience coaching and helping individuals identify their personal strengths and career interests. She has worked with students in all aspects of career development including assessment and planning, employer research, résumé writing, networking, interviewing and negotiating offers. She has conducted employer development, created and delivered career workshops, and is currently developing content for a start-up venture focused on assisting professional athletes with career transition.
Parivash (Parto) Aram
Career Advisor, Bay Area MBA
Parto Aram joined the Career Development team in October 2018 as a career counselor. She works closely with Bay Area Part-Time MBA students.
After seven years of working in high tech as a hardware engineer designing embedded systems, Aram went back to school part-time to get her MBA, and subsequently transitioned to semiconductor marketing. She worked as a marketing manager on the East Coast and then as a European marketing manager stationed in Bristol, England.
