Nikko Tanaka-Pendleton

Associate Director, Career Development

Nikko Tanaka-Pendleton joined the Career Development Team in 2025. She comes from a career in executive recruiting, where she worked with companies to place top talent in manager to C-suite level roles. Her background in recruiting gives her insight into hiring managers' perspectives, what companies seek in candidates, job market trends, and the ins and outs of resumes, interviews, networking and business etiquette.

Tiffany Hsieh

Instructional Operations Assistant

Tiffany Hsieh is the instructional operations assistant for Project & Instructional Resources at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management. In this role, she provides essential support to faculty, students and staff, ensuring seamless front desk operations and managing program logistics for the Sacramento MBA program and special events.
